When is payment due?
Payment is due after design and glass choices have been confirmed.
Return and Cancellation Policy
Once designed has been finalized order can not be cancelled. The glass design can not be returned. If the glass design is broken during transport to you, then you can return (at your cost) and I will repair free of charge. I will then mail it back at cost to me.
When will my stained glass piece be completed?
This will depend on how quickly I can receive the glass, difficulty of design, and how many orders are ahead of yours. An average of six weeks though.
How will my stained glass piece be shipped?
The stained glass piece will be sent by US post office by ground unless specified by customer at finalization of design.
How will payment be made?
Payment will be made by PayPal or through Wal-Mart moneygram.
